Job Requirement:
- Work Location : DOHA-State of Qatar/MENA Region.
- Prefer European National or Work Experience within Europe.
- Minimum 7 to 12 Years of Experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering; or Quantity Surveying.
- Professional membership will be advantage but not essential.
- Strong Written/Spoken English.
- Strong personality with correspondence skills.
- Preferable inside DOHA.
- Qatar/Any GCC Experience will be an advantage.
- Ready to join.
- QID Holder.
Expert/Specialize Area :
- Post-Contract Experience.
- Experience in Building and/or Infrastructure Contracts.
- Strong Commercial and Contracts background.
- Experience in drafting Claims/ Variation.
- Experience in Contractual Letter Writing.
- Experience in Commercial Management of Project.
- Proven Track Record/ Winning Mentality.
- Experience in FIDIC is preferable but not essential.
- Managing Infrastructure Site Commercial activities-Added advantage.
