Roads and Infrastructure in Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa - Phase 1 - Package 04

The DN004 Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa - Phase 1 scheme is located predominately in the Umm Slal Municipality with a small southern portion in Al Rayyan Municipality, approx. 15km to the north-west of Central Doha and within the Qatar Area Referencing System (QARS) Zone 71 and 51 respectively. The scheme takes in Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa district. The total area of the scheme is approximately 1,054 ha. The Project has been split into 4 Packages for tendering & Package 04 covers an area of 301Ha.
