The Work comprised of Construction, completion and maintenance of Al ReffaResidential Tower (2B+G+32) floors with a Builtup Area of 41,871 sqm. This project comprises a 33 story residential tower accommodating furnished luxury apartments. The building is enveloped cladded with Aluminum and Glazing. The Internal finishes are high end finishes of Stone and marble and joinery.
