Construction of Hilton 4-Star Embassy Hotel (4B+G+14+P) Project at Al Rufaa Area-Doha

The proposed Hilton Four Stars Hotel (4B+G+14F+R) is developed on plot of 2,108 m2 owned by the Mr. Hamad Khalifa Abdulla A Al-Attiyah, located at Al Rufaa, Doha, Qatar.

Scope of Works:
The Tenderer’s scope of Works comprised to carrying out the Main, Hoarding and Enabling works for the project of Hilton Four Stars Hotel as per the Tender document.

• Enabling works - Shoring, hoarding, signage and excavation
• Main Works – Complete scope of works including Architectural, Structural, Electromechanical and FF&E.
